What I do with what you tell me.
Short version: I use it to answer you, and nothing else. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

What I collect, and only when you send it
The forms on this site ask for your names, your email, your wedding date, guest count, venue, what you're looking for, and anything else you decide to write. The wedding brief — the long one, after you've booked — also asks about your story and your day, because that's what I plan the coverage around.
I don't run trackers that follow you around the internet. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
The site counts its own visits so I know which stories people read: the page, the day, the country, the kind of device and the site that sent you. No cookies, no ads, no third parties, and no IP address is stored — a visitor is recognised only within the same day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next.
Why
To reply to you, to put together a proposal, and — if we work together — to plan and deliver your wedding. That's the whole list.
Who else sees it
My email provider and the platform where I keep contracts, galleries and payments, because the message has to live somewhere. Nobody buys it from me and nobody gets it for marketing.
If you book, the people working your day — a second photographer, the video team — see what they need to do their job and nothing more.
Your photographs
Your gallery is private and shared with you through a password-protected link. I may show selected images from your wedding in my portfolio, on this site and on social media — and if you'd rather I didn't, tell me and I won't. That's in your contract too, in writing.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into a booking: up to two years, in case you come back. Client files and galleries: as long as our contract says, and then archived. Ask me to delete yours and I'll do it and confirm when it's done.
Your rights
Wherever you're writing from, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. One email is enough. If you're in Mexico this falls under the LFPDPPP; if you're in Europe or the UK, under the GDPR; in California, under the CCPA. The answer is the same in all three: write to me and I'll handle it.
